I mean, while it's now obvious that the retail store did break street date by handing out physical copies for consoles to all that pre-ordered it, I didn't do anything wrong and acted in good faith as I picked it up the next day after getting a notification on my mobile that it is ready to be picked up. I then contacted them and they said that they will retract the strike in few days, so overall I they probably were nice, but it still raises the question if such 'review embargo' now also automatically applies to normal customers or not. that I uploaded to Youtube got pulled down with the reason 'the game has not been released yet'.

I already got the game at May 11th and didn't even know there's a review embargo, but I also didn't sign any non-disclosure agreement or anything, because I normally pre-ordered and purchased the deluxe edition for the full price at a local retailer and didn't get it for free for reviewing/testing like the journalists, youtubers etc. Anyway I apologies guys I'm rambling on, as I got really into what I was saying. Games are entertainment and that's why we play them, some of us even play them as a way to escape the things around us. I've personally been called a shill and sheep lots of times, because I buy what I want and never listen to the hate that surrounds a game, company, or dev as to me the game is what matters not what a company or dev did, as to me what they do doesn't define the game to me. It's all up to you as a gamer on what you want to do and what you want to enjoy and buy, never let a metacritic score or someone else push you away from a game that otherwise could have been great or that you could have enjoyed. I also enjoyed just cause 4 after the updates, as during launch after I preordered it was unplayable but I waited and now I still play and love the game. I've never let someone else tell me why I shouldn't buy this, or why I shouldn't enjoy that, I really enjoyed mad max at release despite the negativity the game got. Remember guys it's best to go by your own experiences and opinions on the game, as I personally never listened to reviews on games because what I enjoy I know others won't/don't.
